無法理解店到店的寄件, 有小心厚泡泡包裹及紙板再包裹,到此店寄出6件卻途中已摔破4件都無法交件..正被物流退回..不懂 其他家50件可能1件疏失..在貴店為何能這樣損失這麼大..這樣給人不安 雖玻璃在店到店但書是不負責.這我們了解..也盡力包裹..為何別的便利店都能安然送到達,你們的件送出卻損失這麼大...是否過程有問題才破掉呢…?????

購買一件有買一送一的商品,居然連告知都沒有,而且櫃檯內還站著這家店的老闆(第二次結帳時,後面顧客稱呼他老闆)。事後發現,立刻在店內告知店員,態度十分不友善,這家店上下的行徑實在太誇張!

在8/5晚上8:35分,到這間萊爾富領包裹,明明我先排到隊的,但店員卻跟我說領包裹的先等一下,一直幫其他人先結帳,至少結了快7、8個人,我在那一直等了3-5分鐘,等的不耐煩,應該有排隊優先順序吧~這間店的員工訓練需要再加強,對於這家的評語大多數都是不好的
