★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/7早上到店購買「中熱拿」一杯,不知道盧建文先生怎麼聽的,最後做出「熱美式」,還反駁我說我點的是熱美式,因為他在我點的當下跟我說「大杯有送麵包,要大杯嗎?」,我不是店員耶,我怎麼會知道店內做什麼活動,逼我承擔他聽錯的錯誤,還要自己再買一杯牛奶,感覺非常糟糕。

今天(10/22)晚上7點多到此間萊爾富要儲值悠遊卡(沒有要逛,只有在櫃檯),因為外面下雨所以拿著傘走進去,突然店員從遠處很緊張的樣子跑來大聲說傘筒兩個字,一開始沒聽清楚還想說我的傘怎麼了,原來是要我不要把傘帶進去,所以我就乖乖把傘放到門口傘筒,殊不知接下來在我後面緊接著進來的一位阿姨帶著一位小孩(兩人手上都拿著傘),店員也沒叫他們放傘,而且比我晚進來還插隊在我前面,小孩拿著傘整間店亂跑雨水甩的到處都是,店員一聲不吭,看到這個情況我整個火都來了,現在是看我學生好欺負是嗎?! 差別待遇是怎樣!!!有夠不爽,現在想想當時應該當場理論!

推測是因為這家店採取客人自助取貨的方式,也就是讓人自己去架上尋找包裹之後拿到櫃檯,開放式貨架上的包裹任人翻找,感覺很容易被偷竊,如果包裹摔壞,要怎麼辦?另外已付款包裹所有資訊都在上面,如果遇到有心人找到同名同姓拿走包裹的話,要怎麼追究責任?
