★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是好吃的吐司，但有點普通，NT$150/條有點小貴，可以買來吃一次看看，但不會成為家裡固定購買的麵包，回購率跟CP值不高。
一打開袋子可以聞到麵團與酵母的香氣，口感Q彈，略帶嚼勁，回烤一下讓表層酥脆，吃起來更加分！
 It is a delicious toast, but a bit ordinary. NT$150 per piece is a bit expensive. You can buy it and eat it once, but it will not become a fixed bread at home. The repurchase rate and CP value are not high.
As soon as you open the bag, you can smell the aroma of dough and yeast. The taste is Q-bounce and slightly chewy. Bake it back to make the surface crispy and taste more delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good toast but I wouldn’t wait in line for this. It’s a small place so need to come in before 10 to avoid the crowd. The breakfast set is reasonably priced, and the only downside is that you don’t get to choose your own jam flavors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you find joy in simple things, this is the place for you! They have a nice selection of drinks (coffee) and a handmade hot chocolate if you bring kids. You can select a plain piece of perfectly toasted Japanese style bread or the set with three dipping sauces. The selection when we visited included kiwi, pineapple, matcha, and pesto. Japanese bread is very light and fluffy and so delicious for such a simple item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The go-to everyday bread in Japan is the white and pillowy square-shaped bread called shokupan which simply means “eating bread. Japanese Baker can very picky about how that bland white slice should taste. The ideal texture is mochimochi — soft yet resilient and bouncy.
To try one of these in #Taipei, you can hope on the train and visit Hiroki Toast 平崎吐司 at 1F, No. 4, Lane 138, Yanji Street, Daan District, Taipei City. A set is 180 TWD consists of a cup of americano and a toast, accompanied with 3 different types of Jam “ Kiwi jam”, “Milk Tea jan” and “Macha jam”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first tried their bread, a friend gave me some with their peanut butter. I literally died and went to heaven. It was amazing even without being toasted!! After that, I decided I had to check out their store in xinyi. I gave it 4 stars mostly due price. 180nt for 1 slice of bread, jam and tea is hella steep but I guess kinda normal for cafe prices in taipei. The design is modern, and minimalist. Overall, would def recommend their bread and any of their toppings.
