★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週前網購了一台日立過熱水蒸氣微波爐，研究數日後，發現它與我訴求的簡單化生活背道而馳。於是今天上午不得不求助這家台中的維修中心。
電話預約1小時內隨即派工程師來協助我完成超複雜的包裝回復作業，並且幫我搬到一樓管理室，準備宅配回收。雖然上述不在通常所知的維修範圍，但是該中心從電話聯絡到派員服務，從頭到尾，都非常有禮貌。也非常有工作效率。收少許外派費用，我覺得非常合理。（註：協助搬到一樓，拒絕收費）

A week ago, I purchased a Hitachi superheated steam microwave oven. After a few days of research, I found that it runs counter to the simple life I want. So I had to call this Taichung repair center this morning.
I made an appointment by phone and dispatched an engineer to assist me to complete the ultra-complex packaging recovery operation within 1 hour, and helped me move to the management room on the first floor to prepare for home delivery and recycling. Although the above is outside the range of maintenance that is generally known, the center is very polite from telephone contact to dispatch service, from start to finish. It is also very efficient. I think it's very reasonable to charge a small fee for expatriates. (Note: Assisted to move to the first floor, refused to charge)
