ㄖ本進口家電用不到一年故障,叫修了一個月都說沒料件能來修。一個普通日本家電品牌來台灣有錢找貴婦包裝成高級品牌,沒錢建立庫存給顧客維修。笑話,誰買誰倒楣。

愛說謊服務爛透沒有誠信?? 跟社區住戶約好來維修冰箱,自己打電話來說師傅今天趕不過來,要求社區櫃檯人員進入住戶家裡,幫忙他們查看冰箱顯示是否異常,櫃檯人員回覆不能擅自進入住戶家,結果廠商自己去跟住戶說:今天有到社區要維修但是櫃檯人員擋他們不給上樓,所以沒有辦法維修! 差勁至極??說謊不打草稿

買了日立洗衣機,送貨來時說明書跟保證書的塑膠套膜都被拆封過了,說明書跟保證書都嚴重缺損,應該要在套膜內的說明書釘書針還嚴重鏽蝕。跟日立客服反應時,日立客服居然說洗衣機的說明書可能本來就沒有在裝塑膠套(但上網查到日立洗衣機開箱文,裡面的說明書其實都有裝在塑膠套內),日立客服人員還説是最近下雨水氣重才讓說明書發霉爛掉,機器本身看不到缺陷就不能換貨,想只以傳真一份說明書影本給我來處理。 在此附上爛掉的說明書跟保證書。

日立冰箱爛死了,當初為了20年舊冰箱半夜聲音太大才換掉,結果日立買新的來1.2個月就開始吵了,早知道當初繼續買國際牌就好

問了問題,說會回電,跟我們公司要了電話永遠不回電。 又關於機器的資料說會 email 到我們公司信箱,永遠沒收到。 我們公司幾年前施工開始改用日立後覺得,要不是我們長年配合的冷氣廠商還不錯。總公司實在讓人感受很不優,非常的愛理不理。下次考慮換品牌。
