男司機直接態度很差的說你不會看前面寫到檜意森活村是嗎！
我是不知道司機吃到炸藥還是怎樣
對觀光客相當的不友善
我來嘉義玩也是人生地不熟
竟然受到如此對待
總之體驗相當的差
希望和欣客運可以好好做教育訓練
不要讓這種糟糕的司機出來載人
不要姑息那種糟糕的司機！！！

It is the first time to sit back to Chaoma in Taichung from Chiayi. At the last shift at 21:00 tonight, I met a male service staff at the counter. He was very kind. At first I called to ask about the time and address. The service staff were kind and warm to explain , It really made me leave a good impression on Hexin Passenger Transport Chiayi Station

上午9：40售票處無人 不知如何買票
等至幾近發出才出現 原來是售票小姐剛才一直在上方殘障斜坡道滑手機 要發車才出現差其他站服務一大截
