搭乘2/14下午13:15分台北到高雄的雙排椅,經過嘉義的時候車廂開始冒煙,旅客很緊張的跟司機說明才臨時停靠路肩檢查,檢查後司機說疑似壓縮機故障,還是原車載到新營換車,真的嚇到了,安全才是最重要的,希望貴公司可以好好的檢查再上路

高雄から台北へ移動する際、乗車しました。 高雄駅→新栄駅でバスを乗り換え→台北バスターミナルの経路です。 360km走って、730NT$(約2800日本円)です。高鉄の1630NT$と比べたら、半値以下です。その分、5時間くらいかかりました。 1列に2席という、ファーストクラスのでっかい座席です。テレビモニターも個別に設置されており、テレビやビデオ、ゲームができるようになっています。中国語なので、使いませんでしたが・・・。 前方に足置き、ふくらはぎの足載せ、背中のリクライニングなど、すべて電動で操作できます。背中部分には、マッサージもついていました。 トイレ(和式)も設置されていて、長距離でも心配なく移動することができました。 バス内は、冷房が強く効いているので、上着か、羽織るものを持っていくのを、お勧めします。

第一次搭乘和欣客運從台北往高雄,裝潢比其他家來得好看、舒適。巴士外觀看起來很漂亮,但是進去之後,覺得車齡有點舊了,有一些失望。雖然號稱可以很舒適的躺平,但是我坐的5號位置,前後的距離明顯的比較短。車內有按摩椅,還有電視可以看。車內冰箱有提供免費杯水。和欣客運是長距離移動的好選擇,但是因為我每星期都要搭乘,所以我還是選擇便宜一點的省點錢。再來我很在意車齡,車齡勝過舒適程度。躺不躺得平,對我來說都一樣,因為移動中的補眠本來就不會很舒適。省下來的錢,我可以去做善事,更快樂。躺平只能睡覺,打手機不方便,現在的人有打手機的習慣,所以要只想在車上睡覺才有搭乘躺平的必要。按摩的功能不夠人性化,每15分鐘要按一次,不然就停止運作。

在網上劃位買票後,到現場座位竟然跟當初劃的不一樣,從倒數第二排變成最後一排中間的位置,還沒來的及搞清楚為何會有這樣的落差就開車了,結果被迫坐在一個沒有杯架,沒有餐桌,座位較窄又超級沒隱私的位置,將近4個小時咖啡都必須拿在手上,到達目的地致電客服,一直打不通,好不容易客服回電,被告知因為公司要推廣新車型,所以現場發車為16座,電腦劃位是原來18座車型,因此有此落差,但如果要推廣16座車型,電腦劃位就不該給顧客18座的座位圖,完全失去劃位的意義,最後說要提供折價券作為補償,但金額要請示主管所以不知可以給我多少的優惠,2天后收到簡訊,提供了非常沒有誠意的NT.50元折價券,所以給顧客造成4小時的不方便不舒服(心理與生理)對這家公司而言只值NT.50元,覺得極度不受到尊重,畢竟和欣票價也不便宜,如事前告知座位會變成最後排中間,我可自行選擇接受或改班次也比50元折價券好很多,當初想多花一點錢選擇和欣就是希望4小時車程能舒適一些,但花了和別人一樣的價錢,卻被迫坐在一個路衝的位置,從沒有過這麼爛的行車體驗,最後回程改搭火車,寧可多花100多塊也不想再搭這麼不尊重客人的客運公司。

It is much better than the 50 yuan discount coupon. I wanted to spend a little more to choose Hexin. I hoped that the 4-hour drive would be more comfortable, but it cost the same price as others. But I was forced to sit in a Luchong position. I had never had such a bad driving experience. Finally, I took a train on the return trip. I would rather spend more than 100 yuan instead of taking a passenger transport company that disrespects customers.

服務爛,態度差。 上次買錯票,貴公司讓我記票,等有需要在領,(必須要到四樓領票劃位) 我問最近的班次,要畫7:15pm的車次 服務員收了60,一張票的工費,讓我拿著票要上車,車子那邊人員說你這個還要畫票。 剛剛讓我取票的人,腦袋不好使? 我就說我要出發最快的班次還回答我7:15 然後再給我空白的票,讓我跑去車道旁,再來回跑,剛好7:15恭喜車子已經開走了。 如果人員不確定也不問是要畫幾點的,難不成我拿了空白票可以搭車?還是回家做紀念貼臉上?

At the ticketing counter , there was a couple who doesn’t speak Chinese. The agent behind the window was very rude to them. She obviously couldn’t speak English and I helped the two groups communicate. What’s wrong with this company? I am on the bus at the moment and the bus driver is pretty rude when I ask him a question!! Use the Aloha bus instead

You will not get any wifi service , as they claim in advertisement. And if wifi by chance connected better not to use it as it's not going to last.
