★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我覺得好生活傢俱真的很不錯,某天跟哥哥去看家具因為買了新房子,店員都滿親切的,看了幾次後和家人再去一次想說做最後確認到底要買什麼?(畢竟這是人生大事)但那天真的覺得很幸運遇到蘇先生,過程中可以感受他真的很認真想為我們打算,因為我本身預算不高,他仍然很親切而且認真找我想要的價格但又不錯的商品,那時候他說他知道買新家的辛苦,因為他也是過來人,當下真的覺得很感動,索性也找到一直沒找到的沙發? 後來爸媽還想連軟件一起買,還被蘇先生阻止,有錢還不賺是不是? 但也因此對好生活觀感很好,後來要走之前還有說後續有什麼問題都可以提出來,他們可以幫忙服務,大部分不是賣完就不管了~所以覺得好生活有這樣的服務,真的會讓我們有安心被照顧的感覺☺️推推??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每次看到我的床就想到一肚子火,尤其是孫姓店長介紹時要專業沒專業的,東西送到有瑕疵要她回電聯絡卻讓員工來處理,這種不負責任的態度比員工都糟糕,那位女員工服務及態度都比她店長好太多了,真不知道這家公司請這不負責任的店長來做什麼的,雖然最後那個員工都幫忙處理好了也很感謝她的辛苦,但想到還是很生氣?
但還是要說明一下其他銷售人員服務態度都不錯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天去逛時看了一些喜歡的家具,經由蘇先生介紹後覺得要再考慮看看,然後銷售人員告知我今天買可以享有員購折扣,心想有折扣耶便宜不少居然有這好康的,但覺得還是要再考慮一下而且覺得這銷售人員一直要我結帳的感覺很不舒服,後來有些商品問題打電話去其他店家問,還問了發票問題及價格,接電話的人說的價格不一樣,仔細詢問後人員詢問是否有親朋好友在公司服務,我說沒有後他回覆那就無法享有員購哦!我能認同這個部分,但價格落差很大,但又不想去找那個服務人員,整個搞砸了我想購買的心情~

但這次訂購家具、送貨我們真的無法給好評。
我們本身是很喜歡也常常去逛hoi!好好生活,因為店內商品很有質感,服務人員也都很親切,服務很好,這次我們因為新家裝潢購買了一個茶几及一個餐桌,茶几有加費用安裝,餐桌沒有,服務人員建議我們自行安裝就可以了。
接下來我們提前了一個月預約配送,就是因為要趕在過年前把家具都安置好,準備入厝,結果遇到以下問題:
1、當天預約上午配送,我們因為還沒入住,特地提早9:00前到新家等候,一路等到12:00都不見安裝師傅蹤影,且連電話都沒有通知是有什麼問題,等門市開店後,大約10:30詢問門市,服務人員只回覆我們:已經領貨,應該在路上,直到最後快12:00,再次聯繫門市說還是沒有收到,司機才跟我們連繫,說貨太多延遲了。可以理解過年前可能貨物很多或是假日塞車嚴重,但都沒有事先說明及通知,白白被浪費了一個早上真的很不高興。
2、下午貨送到之後師傅開始組裝茶几,不知道是包裝問題、產品問題還是組裝的問題,組裝完成後滿地及沙發上都是木屑、白色保護泡棉屑屑,打掃好的客廳整個需要重新打掃,這個部份建議一定要改善...這兩個禮拜我們進的其他家具都沒有這個問題。
3、沒有加購安裝的餐桌,包裝外加木條就這樣直接交給我們,我問師傅木條不會幫我們拆嗎? 師傅只回答:純配送就沒有,我們只配送。真的讓人太傻眼了,第一次收到是有包含木條的貨,如果是自己上淘寶買貨就算了,但在台灣門市訂貨,送來的是大陸原封不動運過來連木條也沒有拆封的貨真的很難讓人接受,後來我們追問師傅,那個這個我們到底要怎麼拆?? 師傅才說,那不然他拿槌子幫我們敲看看,敲了老半天也敲不起來,後來請同事去拿其他工具才打得開,那...我就想問,一般消費者到底怎麼自己開???
4、後來自己要開始安裝餐桌,打開後發現所有螺絲都是生鏽的,立刻電話跟門市反映,後來他們詢問公司,公司第一個回覆竟然是不影響使用,要我們裝起來用看看,請問已經有瑕疵了,為什麼還要裝??? 且光是拿出來,鐵鏽就掉的我地板都是,加上剛剛敲木條又掉一堆木屑,氣死,餐廳也要重新大掃除一次^^
後續處理:餐桌我們堅持退貨,後來也幫我們辦理退貨,在這裡還是要說服務人員從頭到尾口氣都很好,幫我們去詢問公司可以怎麼樣解決,但是公司的回覆以及送貨師傅的服務讓我們感覺非常不好,品質管理也不到位,我們因為有抓時間,當初買的都已經在台灣的現貨,結果是這樣不如預期,麻煩貴公司好好檢討一下。

The service staff recommends that we install it by ourselves That's it.
Next, we made an appointment for delivery one month in advance because we had to arrange all the furniture before the new year and prepare to enter the house. As a result, we encountered the following problems:
1. Make an appointment for delivery in the morning on the same day. Because we haven't checked in yet, we specially waited at our new home before 9:00. We waited until 12:00 and didn't see the installation master, and there was no notice on the phone. What was the problem? After the store opened, We asked the store at about 10:30, and the service staff only replied: I have already picked up the goods and should be on the way. Until the last one is almost 12:00, I contacted the store again and said that I still didn’t receive it. The driver contacted us and said the goods were too late. . It is understandable that there may be a lot of goods before the New Year or serious traffic jams on holidays, but there is no prior explanation and notification. I am really upset that the whole morning was wasted in vain.
2. After the goods were delivered in the afternoon, the master began to assemble the coffee table. I don’t know if it was a packaging problem, a product problem or an assembly problem. After the assembly was completed, the floor and the sofa were covered with wood chips and white protective foam chips. The cleaned living room needs to be cleaned. Re-cleaning, this part of the suggestion must be improved...The other furniture we bought in the past two weeks did not have this problem.
3. There is no additional purchase and installation of the dining table, and the packaging and wooden strips are directly delivered to us. I asked the master if the wooden strips will not be removed for us? The master only answered: there is no pure delivery, we only deliver. It’s really dumbfounded. The first time I received a product that contained wooden slats, it would be fine if I bought the goods on Taobao, but when I ordered at a Taiwan store, the mainland shipped intact with wooden slats. It’s really hard to accept the goods that haven’t been opened. Later we asked the master, how are we going to dismantle this? The master said, otherwise he would use the mallet to help us knock it out. When I got up, I asked my colleagues to get other tools to open it. Then... I would like to ask, how do ordinary consumers open it by themselves???
4. Later, I started to install the dining table. After opening it, I found that all the screws were rusty. I immediately called the store to report. Later, they asked the company. The company's first reply was that it did not affect the use. Let us install it and use it. Excuse me, there is already a defect, why do you want to install it??? And just take it out, the rust will fall off my floor, plus I just knocked on the wooden slats and dropped a pile of sawdust, and the restaurant has to be cleaned again^ ^
Follow-up treatment: We insisted on returning the dining table, and later helped us to handle the return. Here, we still have to say that the service staff is very good from beginning to end, and help us ask how the company can solve it, but the company’s reply and the delivery master’s service It makes us feel very bad, and the quality management is not in place. Because we have time to buy, we bought stocks that were already in Taiwan. The result is that this is not as expected. Please check it carefully.

這是我第一次給店家差評,不到最差我通常不會給1顆星。我購買這家的餐桌餐椅組和化妝台,品質真的很糟,以為是特力屋會比較有保障,大錯特錯,桌椅送來時就一堆瑕疵,木頭部分根本沒磨好,結果割傷手,客服居然說這不算瑕疵不能更換,只有部分擦傷明顯的餐椅可以換,1月底買的到現在4月還沒來更換,這種品質真的不能買,透過自己的經驗我想評價裡別人的糟糕經驗應該都是真的,我就是沒先上來看評價又莫名其妙的相信了特力屋才會有這次慘痛的經驗,現在我都會告誡親朋好友絕對不能買這家的傢俱

The quality is really bad. I thought it would be more secure in Tellus House. As a result, I cut my hand. The customer service actually said that this is not a defect and cannot be replaced. Only some dining chairs with obvious scratches can be replaced. I bought it at the end of January and it has not been replaced in April. This quality really cannot be bought. Through my own experience I think other people’s bad experiences in the reviews should be true. I just didn’t come up to read the reviews first, and I somehow believed that Tellus House would have this painful experience. Now I will tell my relatives and friends that they must not buy furniture from this house.
