She went in as if she was lost. There happened to be a bunch of things bought at IKEA that needed to be sorted out. They have a sofa and furniture area, but there is a sign that only offers trial sitting. First ask the service staff if I can take a seat to sort out the things I bought at IKEA. However, Upon returning 25 minutes later to exchange something, the sales lady proved to be very rude. When asked if we can exchange a small item, she abruptly said “no!”. Finally, after pushing a few times, she changed her mind. I will not be returning. I’d recommend visiting Muji, Ikea, or Nitori instead.
