★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晚上8:40左右進去，當時現場有一組客人，是一位女店員在招呼。我們自己隨意看看之後看到個桌子，但不穩 ，便主動走去櫃檯詢問櫃檯的人員，店員說應該是沒鎖好，新的不會，但也不打算把他鎖好給我們看！就告知新可用宅配方式，我們還在逛店裡面其他的產品，也想要再購買其他東西，但店員急著要詢問電話，確認是否有會員，立刻要幫我們結帳！感覺很不好！！
 Went in at about 8:40 pm, there was a group of guests at the scene, a female clerk was greeting. We took a random look and saw a table, but it was unstable, so we took the initiative to go to the counter and asked the staff at the counter. The clerk said that it should be unlocked, the new one would not, but he did not intend to lock it for us to see! Just informed the new available home delivery method, we are still shopping for other products in the store, and want to buy other things, but the clerk is eager to ask the phone to confirm whether there is a member, and immediately help us to checkout! It feels so bad! !

兩樣都瑕疵1.電視櫃給了兩片左邊側版，沒右邊
2.床架頭版左側洗的洞沒固定螺絲孔
客服怎處理：
1.電視櫃找側板用急件寄（目前沒下文，找到沒？還是要再等？）
2.床頭版要補寄（1-2週）、退貨（1-2週）就是等，不能換新品來。
結論：
1.如果貴公司要代理進口，那請備料件，或瑕疵直接換新品來。
2.我現在有電視沒電視櫃可用，有床沒床架可用，豈是你們ㄧ句非常抱歉？
3.看到評論的，自己評估風險。
4.店員服務不錯，但後端服務非常毋湯。
Buy 2 items 1. TV cabinet 2. Bed frame
Both are flawed 1. The TV cabinet has two left side panels, no right side
2. The wash hole on the left side of the front panel of the bed frame has no fixed screw holes
How to handle customer service:
1. Find the side panel of the TV cabinet and send it by urgent mail (there is no text at the moment, can you find it? Or do you have to wait?)
2. The bedside version needs to be re-sent (1-2 weeks), returned (1-2 weeks), just wait, and cannot be exchanged for new products.
in conclusion:
1. If your company wants to import as an agent, please spare parts, or replace them with new ones directly.
2. I now have a TV but no TV stand, and I have a bed but no bed frame. Are you very sorry?
3. If you see the comments, assess the risk yourself.
4. The clerk's service is good, but the back-end service is very poor.
