★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人員的服務普通，店內格局特別會讓人錯亂，佔地不小有疑問也容易找不到店員，常需要奔走，展設簡單大方，商品都很美，大多都是中國的產品，不只是產地也有來自中國大陸的企業產品，也有少數來自台灣、日本或其他常見的國際大品牌，環境除了格局畸零，走道夠大，燈光照的很舒適，空氣有流通，品項豐富，家具、家飾、生活物品、零食、寢具都有許多款式可選擇，特別的是很多HOLA獨有的聯名系列是只有HOLA才有的，絨毛玩偶都很可愛也很多樣式，物品流通更新率也不錯，應景的商品也都不馬乎，地點位於百貨的奇妙角落但店面很廣大算事好辨別。
