★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買了兩組雙人床床架，師傅當天來組裝床架建議將床架的抽屜組裝在右邊，結果發現其中一床一個抽屜打不開，另一床架兩個抽屜打不開。請求他們幫我們將抽屜換邊，師傅當天急著走，不耐煩說請我們再聯絡公司改天過來換邊，聯絡公司後，居然跟我們收一床2300，共4600的費用。自己的失誤，卻跟客人收費，非常不合理。尋求店內游小姐與總公司客服游小姐的幫助，兩位也無幫助的誠意。僅僅說明已回報公司，公司主管也未回覆，讓人非常無助與無奈。
