店裡的一位「年長女性」，不確定是不是店長，用非常不耐煩的態度語氣在教育實習生。實習生似乎對流程不熟悉，那位女性整個過程就是酸言酸語、輕蔑鄙視的態度，轉頭對著我們又是面帶笑容。
老實說看了真的很不舒服。
1.要教育訓練，應該是沒有顧客在場的時侯再做
2.帶有情緒在教育新人真的有達到效果，還是只是把氣出在她身上
3.真的教不會就採用其他檢討途徑，而不是在客人面前直接表現出來，只會讓客人覺得不舒服。
何況我只是訂個199元的貓抓板，何必呢？

Besides, I just ordered a scratching board for 199 yuan, so why bother?
