但上週末去店裡的感受都不太好 站在外面服飾區高高深膚色的店員完全沒有要介紹的意思 也沒有笑容 就是跟ig上營造的品牌形象非常不一樣 冷冷的
回家讀了評論發現很多人的心情就是我當下的感覺? 因為店員的關係之後在網路上看到新品反而會有點卻步不敢再去店訪了…..
很喜歡hola surf的選物品味 但店員的部分希望可以要求改進

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品蠻多也好看，來之前有看過其他消費者評論說服務的品質感受不佳，這是真的！服務小姐臉蠻臭的，試穿時要多試幾套就很不耐煩，但聽到要結帳馬上轉笑臉，一間商品不錯的店但員工不合格的態度會影響再次購買意願。
There are a lot of products and they are good-looking. I have read other consumers’ comments that the quality of the service is not good before I came here. This is true! The face of the service lady is quite stinky, and it is very impatient to try a few more sets when trying on, but when you hear that you have to check out, you will immediately turn to smile. A shop with good products but unqualified staff will affect the willingness to buy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 氛圍還有商品都很棒，不過其中一位常常在ig試穿當model的店員在協助試穿泳衣size的時候態度不太友善。我平常都穿brat，所以當被詢問內衣穿什麼尺寸的時候猶豫了一下無法立刻回答，她卻皺眉語氣生冷好像覺得為什麼有人可以不知道自己的尺寸是什麼，啊我就是不知道才來實體店面試啊不然我在網路上買不就好了。
的確像之前的留言一樣，讓人滿失望的會不想再來…

高高的女店員看起來很冷漠，但是逛店的時候毫無壓力，感覺真的很舒服
問任何產品都很有心的介紹，後來還網購了板套、防曬～
