★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 機台當機，服務人員重開浪費至少10分鐘，完全沒有想補償或延後時間，一樣原本時間趕我們走，一進去包廂還又花時間裝電池，整個體驗很差。
 The machine crashed and the service staff wasted at least 10 minutes when restarting. They didn't want to compensate or delay the time. The same time we drove us away at the original time. Once we entered the box, it took time to install the battery. The whole experience was very poor.

半小時過後問我們有沒有訂位
直接被遺忘...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 多收錢，為何覺得包廂小，換大一點的，包套費也換大的，卻要多收小包廂一小時的錢，我們在小包廂時間不到10分鐘吧?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 設備非常老舊，進場後機器壞掉無法點歌，店員花時間重開機，佔用唱歌時間，不給延後無補償，沒誠意。
包廂很小，但是薯條很好吃。
