★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 包廂空間狹小，設備相對簡單，且包廂內部無洗手間，多數包廂點歌機和螢幕僅各一台，較不能盡興。
深夜時段服務人員少，有時櫃檯無人進駐，推測是去支援包廂清潔等工作，也許需要稍稍等候。
The box space is small, the equipment is relatively simple, and there is no toilet inside the box. Most boxes only have one karaoke machine and one screen, which is less enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本想開心來唱歌，唱到後來不斷聞到很濃煙味，打開門看才發現有人在走廊上抽菸？撥服務電話給店員跟我說只能勸不能禁止？服務業很辛苦我瞭解、客人想開心歡唱抽菸助興我懂，只不過身為小小顧客的訴求，結果我花錢來這裡受氣？那請問在您們的營業場所貼的”禁止抽菸”是擺好看的嗎？如果基本原則都做不到，我想不可能再光顧，身為好樂迪會員有幾年了，第一次遇到這麼糟的經驗，也是謝了。
