Actually a bit surprised at the horrible phone service today, because this is not my first time encounter with Holo+FACE, but this has to be the worst experience, most terrible service to date. Just called in to check the package and services for a simple children's passport photo, and the front desk girl on the phone was beyond rude. Inquiry for a passport photo gave me more confusion, for example, asking what package is most suitable for a simple passport photo for a baby, without makeup or hair services, and the reply was: we don't have those distinctions, which was odd because all their packages state the hair and makeup services. I asked what the differences in price were for packages without hair and makeup, and the girl says: it's all the same, if you don't need it, you can hair and makeup yourself. Completely not what I asked for, but okay to your pretentious self. What rude service, but perfect front for turning away potential customers. Great job on hiring someone like that to represent Holo+FACE. Please, if you hate your job, go talk to your friends or a therapist if you can afford one. Don't take it out on unsuspecting potential customers.

I tagged along with a friend who was getting an ID photo taken, but this place is an all stop shop. They do your hair and makeup, give you a suit jacket and shirt, take high quality photographs with expertly directed poses, and even Photoshop them at the end so you get your perfect photo. The ID photos have a special going on: a thousand yuan (~$30) for a professionally retouched ID photo. Kind of like the Korean ID photos that everyone looks good in. You do have to make an appointment online and the process does take a couple of hours from start to finish but you can pick up the photo same day. They also email you a digital copy. You're involved in the process every single step of the way. I really enjoyed the way everything flowed

We went there during the Father’s Day campaign, so we got a pretty good deal of family photos ✨ the whole process went well and smoothly, they provides outfits to rent ( FREE!!! ), fitting room and dresser. If you prefer, you may pay extra to have a stylist to assist you. Kind receptionists, professional photographer who has a sense of humor, outgoing, and good at pose instructions. Last but not least, the people who does the photo editing is being patient with taking our requests to the photos, and it turned out great!!! Highly recommended!!!
