★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境不錯，旁邊小公園有沙坑能玩，很適合遛小孩。社區管理的不錯，住戶都很客氣，一樓大廳很漂亮，地下停車場不知是節能省電關係稍微暗些。除了樓下麻豆子附近吃的有便當、水餃、牛肉麵、滷味、鹹水雞、炸雞店。走路能到A19環球環球看電影，順便家樂福購物。

The community management is good, the residents are very polite, the lobby on the first floor is very beautiful, and the underground parking lot is a little darker because of energy saving. In addition to the food near Madouzi downstairs, there are bento, dumplings, beef noodles, lo mei, salted chicken, and fried chicken restaurants. You can walk to A19 Universal to watch movies and go shopping at Carrefour.
