★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常糟糕！有浴室設備需要維修，跟師傅約時間第一次遲到一小時，中間完全聯絡不上；第二次遲到約半小時，事後師傅還打來說，只是義務幫忙，不然只是蓮蓬頭不會幫忙安裝。如果只是義務幫忙，卻要求客戶一概忍受各種遲到行為、辯解，實在也是不甚合理吧。不能理解該公司服務態度。
追記：5/7上午九點已經致電貴公司釐清確有此事，請自行承認錯誤，謝謝

The second time I was late for about half an hour, the master called after the incident and said that it was just an obligation to help, otherwise the shower head would not help to install. If it is only an obligation to help, but it is really unreasonable to ask customers to endure all kinds of late behaviors and excuses. Can't understand the company's service attitude.
