私廚鐵板燒盛行,這家有低價位與高價位,今天吃的算是中等價位,2520元的價位,有a5和牛跟伊比利豬可以選擇,朋友兩位選伊比利豬、兩位選a5和牛。直接來分享結論:這裡環境算是蠻高雅的,也有挑高,用餐環境舒適有氛圍,各種鐵板私人創意料理新鮮美味,紅條石斑、日本A5和牛/伊比利豬,這邊要特別誇獎,不論你點哪一種肉,她們都會分成兩種口味,分兩次給妳,讓你吃肉不膩,就是很費工的厚工,還很貼心。第一份牛是原味煎,搭配各式醬料、法國鹽之花、還有蒜片,中間還貼心穿插給妳龍蝦,再出第二次a5和牛,而且包剝皮辣椒雞,讓你第二次吃牛味道重一點也開胃,哈恩貼心。吃龍蝦前會展示,當日活跳跳龍蝦,蠻足米拍照打卡慾望,鮑魚、前菜,飯後甜點等都非常新鮮味美香甜,價格算是很匹配,師父手藝高超,最後還會再鐵板上做畫慶祝壽星,服務又很親切,唯一美中不足,就是湯太難喝了,建議湯好好改善,台灣人愛喝湯,一定要好好做湯,不然可惜了,還會再去,希望屆時湯改善了 IG:bosomgirl

今天點了3980套餐 差別就在龍蝦跟和牛而已 整場吃下來 都沒什麼解說 吃起來龍蝦跟和牛都沒到那個價錢 副餐有記憶點的 就只有鐵板煎的鴨腿 很嫩,很香 最後甜點的巴斯克乳酪 也不是正統的感覺 改良的有點微妙 最後慶祝生日 是在鐵板上面用糖寫字 覺得可以在用心一點 整間店的氣氛非常好 食材也是新鮮好吃的 但是我今天吃不出兩千的感覺 沒有意外應該不會在來 喜歡吃鐵板燒可以來嘗鮮看看

2021年8月才剛開的新店,整體環境跟餐點我個人覺得滿物超所值的,訂位採預約制,食材非常新鮮,這次吃的是2380的主餐,另加點龍蝦,海膽干貝,一整個吃的好飽?,海膽蒸蛋印象深刻,湯品內的丸子是用帝王蟹肉製成,口感其實跟一般的魚丸沒有太大的區別,杏鮑菇與鮑魚的搭配適中,黑松露鴨肝吐司這道太強了,一口吃下去鴨肝的香氣跟松露的氣味在口中爆開,太滿足了!紅甘魚佐日本生食級干貝也是滿不錯的,主要都是吃食材本身的原味,一定要加點的海膽干貝,毫無違和感的搭配,一樣也是要一口吃下去!冷麵我個人覺得普遍,香煎大蝦熟度跟調味都非常得宜,日本主餐A5和牛,入口即化,那豐富的油質味超香的~旁邊有搭配昆布鹽,超酥脆的蒜片,芥末或是特製牛骨醬,每一種口味都可以試一試,和牛卷裡面夾的是剝皮辣椒口感特別,龍蝦處理的恰到好處,一路吃起來非常的飽,出餐時間非常的順暢,甜點是手工自製巴洛克蛋糕,甜度跟油都有降低,屬於非常健康的那種,這家餐廳有很優秀的服務團隊,很厲害的師傅!會想再來!
