★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可能是業務的差異，一開始談話就有不積極甚至不被尊重的感覺，到了營業所如果連介紹與報價都要以貌取人的話相當不可取。消費者在尋求商品時當然會多方評估與詢問，這時業務應扮演代表公司之角色。我只能說當天感受不到服務的熱誠。
