Went for an oil change. Quick and prompt service. Waiting room has coffee and a place to relax. Could not ask for more.

Very bad customer service and they don't know how to help anyone who isn't Taiwanese. We bought a new car there last year and it has been nothing but trouble. They say one thing and do another. I want to sell my car just so I don't have to deal with them anymore. I needed to update my address and so I told the car salesman. He didn't tell me that I needed a paper from the bank so I got to the DMV and had to turn right around and take another day off work. My car got hit while parked outside our house and even though I asked for the best insurance possible acts of god, such as damage from a typhoon or someone running into us when parked outside our house, wasn't covered. We had our windshield replaced because it was defective and I had to repeatedly ask to get a car to use while ours was in the shop even though before we bought the car they told us they would lend us a car for things like that. He told us to just use the bus for the days we didn't have our car. Oh, I could go on about how they had to ask their friends at Subaru how to get us a loan, but there is no point. This place has just been giving us problem after problem. It might be fine if you're Taiwanese, but if not I would stay away from there.
