看網路評價不錯,所以第一次預約這家的睫毛 預約的時候已經說好要做6D睫毛 當天準時到之後,都已經躺下了~ 想說因為第一次去所以還是再確認一下要做的品項 一確認之後才發現原來回我訊息預約的人和美睫師兩個沒有溝通好呢,同公司的怎麼會這樣呢? 再加上美睫師當下一直說「他沒有跟我說你要6D」還有「我們家沒有6D的睫毛,因為我本身不喜歡那麼濃的,所以我也不會幫客人接那麼濃的睫毛」 我聽到真的是覺得⋯這是滿沒禮貌的一個人! 我拿對話紀錄(如下圖)出來之後,這家美睫師還是一直鬼打牆跟我說「他沒跟我說你要6D」 嗯⋯⋯⋯⋯事實上就是你們內部沒有溝通好不是嗎 因為不想一直鬼打牆 所以我再次和美睫師確認這家美睫就是沒有6D之後 我就說沒關係~那就這樣吧~(轉身要走了) 美睫師一邊在滑他的手機,可能在和回我預約訊息的確認,連抬頭都沒抬頭,對著手機跟我說不好意思喔,但還是在一直滑手機 直到我走出去下樓都完全沒抬頭呢! 我要表達的是,內部疏失沒關係,重點是態度 你們內部沒溝通好,造成我白跑一趟 然後連一句認真的抱歉或不好意思的行為都沒有 我只能說這是非常差的服務體驗 我是不知道這家的美甲美睫品質怎麼樣(因為我連感受的機會都沒有) 但是這種服務態度,假設你做得東西再好 說實在的也沒有用~~~~ 以上是真實經過,供大家參考~
