一、等候點餐，前面有三位客人，等了8分鐘，若客人猶豫應適度給予建議。
二、點餐後比我後面的客人都外帶餐點離開了，才聽到蘿蔔糕還沒下，等我拿到餐點又過了12分鐘…，幫家人先去買的餐點都冷掉了
三、看了前面的評論，同意此家餐點沒有超美味，而是某位員工慢動作，其實西式早餐若不進步，想必負評會一直累加。
