訂餐後1小時才正要開始做餐點，一開始外送員在外面乾等了30分鐘後，外送員詢問問他們餐點狀況，店家就是故意不做餐點，外送員告訴我們狀況後就棄單直接走，後來我打電話罵店家才開始做，如果你們不想做要退訂單退錢（信用卡）啊！不退單是想坑錢嗎？
整個點餐到食物送達總共花2小時-.-
