★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CrossFit HongTai is the best. It is spacious and has everything. There is an outdoor area too if you want to practice hand stand there. The showers are nice. My brother trained with Chris here. He is the best coach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazingly good box with an awesome CrossFit community... Skilled coaches and good memberships options. I am still waiting for the Hongtai Zhubei branch, as i have to commute to Taipei for my regular Crossfit "dope" but do this happily though ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a member here for a little over a year and it's been fantastic. The coaches pay a ton of attention to detail and take the time to give you individual feedback (and customize the workouts appropriately). However, the best part about this gym is the community - rare to find such a great mix of locals and expats that get along so well across generations, fitness levels, and other such divides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at Hongtai, the coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly and the classes are super fun. If you're new to CrossFit you can even do a free trial class to get a feel for it. Definitely recommend checking them out!
