★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here because last time I passed by and saw people lining up. Located inside the ShinKong Mitsukoshi building A11. Oh boy.... no wonder it had only 3 stars rating which I don't believe it even deserves 3 stars, at best 2 stars. Knowing it gets busy so we came at 11:15am, no line great. Then everything else is a melt down. The waitress and waiters are just so terrible. We were guided to a table and the waitress keeps on saying things that were so.....confusing like sit there then don't walk there etc... and she keeps on repeating again and again... Then the waiter gave us a ordering tablet system which we found it quite uneffective (not the waiters problem, its the tablets ordering system). Furthermore, we ordered two plates and asked that the food comes out together and the waiter said they could not because the food is prepared by different kitchen department. Wait, there is more.... I ordered 4 meat rice and when I saw my order it had only 3 types of meat. I asked the waiter and they made mistake and took it back. When he brought out what I expected 4 meat, but instead they just added a salted egg (does the egg count as the 4th meat?) I didn't even bother to ask. Horrible... 1 star rating for its location.

I've got a chance to drop-by this restaurant again and this time, I was able to get in. Unfortunately, I've lower my review to just 1 star. (I will give zero or even lower if I can...)
Expensive, unfriendly staffs, poor food and most importantly, dirty with cockroaches. Food were too sweetie... the couple sits on our Left did ordered like 5 to 6 dishes, but they couldn't even finish 1/3 of it... And the other couple sits on our right did even found a small cockroach on the wall next to them ?... the staff did came and caught it and they've changed their seats. And after a few minutes, I found another smaller one appeared on the same wall again... I did taken a picture and left... And this time, for sure, I will NOT come back again.

I'm from Hong Kong, those at Hong Kong were bad already, but this one even worst. Waitresses are ready, plenty of tables available inside, but they just closed the shop and won't let you in. Really cannot understand why they close the shop during tea time on Saturday. At the same, the receptionist will shout at you and ask you to leave. Honestly, I haven't taste this shop, but really will not come again because of the very bad services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't have to queue which was a plus to start with, went on a weekday, you are only allowed 90min to dine in, pineapple bun with butter is superb! Very delicate! Services are quick, ordering through a pad on your table, staff will come confirm or order afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn’t taste like tradition Hong Kong food but quality is good! Speed on delivering dishes and the dining place is clean also. But a bit pricy...
Perfect location at B1 inside Mitsukoshi next to MRT Zhongshan station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good service not as bad as the others experienced,I guess I was lucky. The egg tart was also pretty yummy. All in all a good meal, the prices are expensive as I paid 360 for one person. The tablet ordering system is interesting but not really sure it saves anyone any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry but I really don't like the egg tart. It's not crispy nor flakey and it has a very strong milk powder flavour. However dim sum are all above average and wonton soup is extremely nice. Service is fast and price tag is not crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good Hong Kongnese food, although their custard tarts were quite disappointing, very dry and weird trading crust. The dim sum we ordered was in general good and most of the other dishes were good too, apart from the gailan which was way too salty due to the sauce they put on it. I think this is the first time I've complained about something being too salty in Taiwan, as it's usually not salty enough. Service was quick and efficient. Overall not bad though and the prices are reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better Hong Kong restaurants around Taipei. Worth a visit if you're into Hong Kong dishes. Also the quality is consistent across all branches.
