There are not many noodle shops in this small place in Xinwu, and clean noodle shops are even rarer. This one in Hepu is really a noodle shop with very good sanitary conditions in Xinwu area.

There is very little sauce in the fried noodles! It’s a white bowl after finishing, it’s not recommended to order it, and the chili sauce is only bean paste, and other Hepu has fish-flavored chili.
