★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing attention to detail, all coffee freshly roasted in small batches, even the small drip coffee packages are made to order - ensuring the best experience for at home drinking. Really liked the small and large coffee cups being served, as to experience the delicious coffee at varying temperatures. Peter took the time to tell me about all 10 coffees on the menu and the processes Hot Waves uses to roast and brew coffee.
