E	Eileen Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辦理租車手續的地方是很方便，就在台北車站1樓北二門附近，但取車的話就要走到西門過馬路到對面的停車場裡面，還稍微找一下才看到，會另外有和運的服務人員在那邊等我們。我遇到的服務人員都蠻親切和有耐心地詳細介紹車子的使用方式的，但與中租不同的是，他們沒送礦泉水，然後租車是依哩程數計費，我覺得這樣的計費方式如果對於開短程的，或者是常常要怠速等人的話，是蠻划算的方案。選這個地方取車和還車的話，我覺得開車技術要好一些，停車場出入口非常的小，超擔心會刮到車子的。還有這周圍都是單行道，所以如果不小心錯過入口，就要再繞一圈。 The place for car rental procedures is very convenient. I think this is the calculation. The fee method is quite cost-effective if it is for short-distance driving, or for people who often have to idling and waiting. If I choose this place to pick up and return the car, I think the driving skills are better. The entrance and exit of the parking lot are very small, so I am very worried that the car will be scratched. There are also one-way streets all around, so if you accidentally miss the entrance, you have to make another circle.

We could communicate with a basic Mandarin, not sure we would have been understood in English. At pickup, the staff was kind and lead us to the parking, explaining how we could let the car there overnight. On the return, same staff but less sympathetic. Strangely, he asked us 80 NTD for some mysterious « highway toll ». We didn’t understand and didn’t argue.

They did not give clear instruction on how to return car and blame the customer for parking too far from the carpark entrance. When they service you, they will answer enquiry phone calls and let you wait. Recommend not to return your car to this store.
