Nice staff, convenient location with build in Starbucks shop as breakfast providers

I have pleasant experiences staying here. I definitely love the easy transportation. You can visit all Taipei hot spots using metro in a 20 min distance. The hot tub and the bed are comfy and the service is great. The downside is the small room size, open closet and not so well-equipped VIP lounge. Will recommend friend to try when visiting Taipei.

Love the details of its design, enjoying every spot in the lobby also in the room. Feel warmly welcomed at the very first momnet when I check in. On top of that, the facilities in the room are quite nice. The tub, the bed, the couch by the window...are the way too comfortable. I'll definitely want to visit here again.

We had a extremely pleasant stay here. The staff is super friendly and even remembers my name which shows what top notch hotel service should be. The design of the room is amazing! Lighting design really great. I love the auto shades and block out. Best sleep ever. The bed is as comfortable as it can be. The appliance inside the room are all super nice. Ceramic floor makes it feel clean, yet the area rug warm up the whole space. I hate touching the cold floor when I roll out of the bed, and this area rug just big enough to provide you side and warmth. Furniture inside the room is so nice that I want to bring it home. Lobby is excellent with various seating area. Although the artificial plants that’s not so welcoming. It’s cool that they work with Starbucks, but I think a simple coffee station in the lobby lounge area will go the long way. This might be the only thing I wish they had put into design. It matters of how customer feels when they spend time there. As now, it’s lack of that exclusive feel which Kimpton hotel does so much better. The gym is small but one good machine makes it great to work out there.

The place had such a modern feel and every detail was taken care of. The couch on the side even had outlets built in, perfect for working. Very impressed!

Rooms are thoughtfully designed, especially the base non-corner rooms. Plenty of outlets and usb charging in all the right places, room makes great use of available space, making it seem larger than it really is. Though the lighting systems are somewhat of a pain to control if you want a specific light to be on. However, I don’t foresee this to be a problem for most people. Starbucks downstairs is very convenient and the hotel is a 1 minute walk to two different convenience stores as well as the metro station. Staff are very accommodating, especially when I came with a request to work downstairs in the evening, they offered to turn down the music as well as offered complementary water, etc

I stayed at the hotel for short visit to Taipei and wowed for the modern outlook and trendy atmosphere at the lobby. More surprisingly, the front desk lady, Ivy, who helped me for the check-in known my birthday coming and greetings me with three yummy brownie cake and a handwritten card with staff signatures. It was so warming and I even not mentioned my birthday coming when made reservations but received such amazing surprise! Will definitely come back again for the great experience!

Why motorcycle need parking fee? Only car free parking fee? And tell us that you are not a part of Hilton? Also, it’s pretty hilarious, you get a 10% off voucher to buy 10% off Starbucks meals. Bad experience…but the space is nice though…
