★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, good location. The breakfast was not worth the price. Was a strange mix of lunch food, and afternoon tea (lunch meats, and cubes of cheese) with a salad bar...... Not breakfast in even Taiwan standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is luxurious. And the classes are great. My wife and I really like the afternoon tour in Beitou, museum tickets included, taxi fare included, we could get to know some brief history of locals. Relaxing training helped us get to sleep really enjoyably. Overall highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good room. We're very satisfied for the hot spring and bath-tub.
Location , breakfast , shuttle service, luggage service and lounge access are wonderful.
But one unfortunate thing is that there is no table in the room. It's inconvenient for writing and eating.
Anyway we enjoyed your hotel stay, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here during our trip earlier this month. Absolutely amazing experience! The staff are great and extremely professional. The rooms are very nice and beds are comfy (I’m 6’3”). And the breakfast was also surprisingly great. Best part of our entire week!
Not sure if all the rooms have one, but If you’re able to book a room with an onsen, I highly recommend it —- felt great to recharge after all the walking we did!
This hotel is located directly across from the metro, so it’s super easy to get around. Highly recommend!!!

The breakfast was very nice, with freshly made fruit purees in shot glasses as jam, and freshly made soy milk as well, not store bought!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for their afternoon tea. Food is well presented although limited a little on choice but dishes are good. Multiple courses prepared by their chefs and brought out for each sitting so most people in the restaurant are eating at a similar pace and the kitchen kept up quite well. Food quality was good if a little simple with the main courses but the deserts are where things get interesting and worthwhile. Location is great for drivers or taking the bus or MRT as it’s located right across the street from the MRT and bus stop and a short walk to an underground car park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing facility and quality, comfortable rooms. Half the views are over a boring part of the city and half towards hills so make sure you know what you're getting.
Unfortunately there are only 2 elevators which means you'll wait a long time to get between reception, rooms, restaurant and spa all very far apart.
There were 2 people working in reception and they were not friendly, or helpful and you should expect to wait a long time because they will make guests wait while they talk on the phone helping other guests.
Check-in is definitely a 2 or 3 star experience. It's confusing because everyone else working in the hotel is professional.
