The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly. The Good: everything was not only good but great! Service was awesome, the food (buffet for breakfast and dinner) was great, and the room was comfortable and beautifully appointed. The soaking tub was a very nice change. There were quite a lot of amenities to try, and the outdoor dance troupe was excellent. The bad and the ugly? None!

The stay here was incredible. Every one who works here is accommodating and the check in process is simple. They ask you there about what activities you want to do and help set them up for you on the spot. The room was really nice, with 2 full beds and a small balcony. I would suggest the buffet meals to get the bang for your buck. Also, apparently no one likes to use the outdoor pool so I essentially had it all to myself in the morning. I would highly suggest this hotel to anyone who finds themselves in the area! And DEFINITELY take advantage of the hot tub in the room :)

Everything was wonderful hotel staff was courteous and friendly and the activities provided were many and fun. This is our third time there. Only thing is the years are showing at this hotel especially the pool with the slide. Climbing up those steps parts were a bit slippery from a thin film and a tile here and there were missing, which I thought was a bit dangerous for kids especially if they stepped on it. Rooms Were super nice and other Pools were nice and plentiful very relaxing and spa was amazing. Will go again in future.

So many great activities in the resort. We played ping-pong, pool, swimming and arching. Love the food (they have a great amount of varieties) in the cafeteria. Most important of all, the hot spring is really worthwhile visiting.

It's pretty nice, but getting dated every year it gets worse, especially the kids pool play area. The rooms are somewhat renovated. For the price it needs to be better updated. The kids pool area needs an update the tiles are falling off everywhere. The staff is excellent. My daughter had a nose bleed and the staff saw it and grabbed tissues and an ice pack for us without us asking. Everyone is extremely nice and the native Taiwanese show is really nice. Hope that they can improve the hotel in terms of facilities. The hot spa is excellent.

Good services. Room was spacious and well appointed. In room hot spring tub was greatly appreciated.

Nice hot spring hotel with so many activities available all day such as archery, making mochi etc. Once you arrive, you don't need to leave at all, there is always an activity going on. The highlight would be the aboriginal performances every night. It's a 45 minute show with a different tribe being represented each night. Starts at 8:30 and includes a lucky draw. The outdoor and indoor springs are not too crowded. The food could be better in terms of quality. Also, the restaurant is always crowded. However, very nice hotel overall and would recommend !

Great venue for family w young kids w multiple activities. However, ground safety is of a concern to me personally. Rooms have been updated since my last visit 10 years ago that's the added ⭐. Quality of the building remains, less than a high-end hotel it tries to market itself to be. Walls are thin, doors and windows are poorly insulated, anyone walking down the hall way, any neighbor using water, outside noises..... one simply cannot get a good sleep. Don't get me started w their food! Both food quality and services that come w it in unacceptable! Quality is comparable to commissary buffet that is served in dorm type of venue. 2 rounds of buffet on timer to accommodate the large amount of guests that have NO other options to dine at their less than impressive buffet. In the 90 minutes allowed dining time, all stations are packed w lines of people in the first 40 minutes. After getting my first plate, I was informed of our "deadline" to our dining time. Shortly after, food on display are taken away!! ? Room service- ??‍♀️ waited for 2 bottles of wine for over 15 and was informed, it was " in line to be processed"! Really? Our Wine only order has to wait for all other food tickets to be processed to get delivered? Speechless!
