★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初申請停車位要排隊約一年半後，才有機會獲得候補，尤其台中市政府還是在民權路市府路口時，更是一位難求，所以大家都很珍惜。後來不知什麼原因，規定每年必須重新抽籤，而且月費也調整了好幾次。去年排在第94個候補車位，原以為會再度被放逐江湖，卻接到電話告知已經等到車位了。每月$1,800接近市價，很多人都放棄機會了。
 It took about a year and a half to apply for a parking space at first, and then I had the chance to get a waiting list. Especially when the Taichung City Government was at the intersection of Minquan Road and Shifu, it was hard to find, so everyone cherished it. Later, for unknown reasons, it was stipulated that the lottery must be redrawn every year, and the monthly fee was adjusted several times. Last year, I was ranked at the 94th alternate parking space. I thought I would be deported again, but I received a phone call telling me that I had waited for the parking space. At $ 1,800 per month, it is close to the market price, and many people have given up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蠻不錯的室內停車場，環境與廁所都算整理得蠻乾淨的，停車空間也蠻大的，採車牌辨識系統，唯一要扣分的是入地下室後的剩餘車位標示牌故障都沒修，永遠寫剩餘"0"車位
A pretty good indoor parking lot. The environment and toilets are quite clean, and the parking space is quite large. The license plate recognition system is adopted. The only deduction is that the remaining parking spaces after entering the basement are not repaired. Always write "0" parking spaces remaining

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市區車位一位難求尤其是公部門附近，開車時發現有停車位；感覺真棒....先停放在說。停車場內發現燈光及指示還有改進空間。
It is hard to find a parking space in the urban area, especially near the public sector. When driving, I found a parking space; it feels great.... Park it first. There is room for improvement in lighting and indications in the parking lot.
