★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上面物件是很多沒錯，但上面登記的格瑞租屋服務態度很差，一開始打電話給上面登記的格瑞張先生說看屋，是同事關先生代接，說要請周先生回電，過了一個多小時沒回電，我再撥，還是關先生接的，他說那他幫我直接處理好了，我說想約隔天看屋，他就說要再確認回覆，就再也沒回電了....
接觸結果感覺很差，接下來看屋時只要看到是格瑞的，不管物件多喜歡我都跳過，他們就是一個很令人無言的物業公司。

車位能住人？還能蓋隔間？公設持分地違法蓋隔間在拿來連房一起賣？
網站上標示有車位到現場才知道那塊空地沒產權又是違建搭鐵皮又是共有地…硬要說有車位停車。
