There are not many tourists in this place, and when you arrive by car, you will be stopped at the intersection, as if you can't drive any further. However, it is actually just a private parking lot. Another interesting point is the origin of the place name "Monkey Exploration Well". There is a detailed explanation of the origin of the place name when you board the Houtanjing viewing platform. It is roughly the richest man surnamed Lin in the local area. After asking a feng shui master to look at it, he found that it was a monkey well cave, and buried his ancestors there. The terrain valley is shaped like a monkey. Exploration well, hence the name. There is also a sundial square, where you can experience the fun of being an hour hand.
