多數稱酥皮蛋餅的常用「多油」的餅皮製造酥皮的口感, 這裡的餅皮則是確實的將油收乾達到酥脆,近似餅乾的酥脆感在台北屬難得?? 紅茶也不是用「一般早餐店的紅茶」可以感覺老闆有用心???? 硬要說缺點可能是內包的蛋汁不夠飽滿,如果能再多1/2份量,配上這餅皮更能平衡口感;不過這品質已反應在價格上,這個地段這種品質和價格,真的沒什麼好嫌的了。 感覺的出來是新開的店,有些生澀, 但能感覺到店家的用心態度,希望能越來越順利,不會變成紅了就歪掉的那種店??

這家有4.9顆星的早午餐店是我存下的口袋名單之一,今天用餐後非常大失所望,可能疫情的關係影響來客數,加上原物料上漲及店租成本的問題吧,五月份大幅調漲價格,看來後市不太樂觀了….. 今天的天氣涼爽,所以室內沒有開空調,有開著吊扇讓空氣循環,但最大的問題是廚房也在內部,廚房可能怕從外面騎樓看進來,所以把弔帘拉上,廚房油煙味散不去就往用餐區去,而用餐區對外是開放式的,但卻開著風簾,所以油煙味就在室內一直循環著散不去,用餐後衣服上的油煙味很重! 今天點了一個烤雞排盤餐及雞胸脆皮蛋餅,先上來單點的雞肉蛋餅,裡面的雞肉薄薄一片,大概只有蛋餅皮的兩倍厚,這不該是要價120元的蛋餅吧。而另一個烤雞排盤餐(230元),生菜沙拉只有上面一層看到的是生菜葉,裡面蓋住的是少少的高麗菜絲,以及切到極其細碎的番茄及輕薄的小黃瓜(連叉子都叉不起來那種,圖片是因為很靠近拍,所以感覺不出那種驚嚇感),雞肉大概是一般市售早餐雞腿排的1/3,馬鈴薯泥大約是硬幣大小,大蒜麵包很乾,烤過之後像在吃餅乾。 比較了新舊菜單價格的對照,發現我們今天的餐點店家調漲了近50%的幅度。就是早餐店的品質,漲到早午餐廳的價格,吃完還覺得空虛,又去買了其他食物來填補肚子。 餐廳經營若去掉打卡送小點心後,不知道真實的評分是否還有這麼高,滿滿的好評,客戶卻沒有絡繹不絕,尤其現在的餐飲經營不易,同質餐廳的替代性又高,希望小小的分享也給店家看看是否有改進的空間。
