★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel room and breakfast really good. Hotel room is five star standard. Gym not so grand but okay. Two running threads and has good views on sunset. No TV available. Bring your own phone and ear phone if u like. Swimming pool available but no sauna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was very big and grand. The breakfast buffet was very good. The mattress was way too soft, when you lie in it you just sink in. The shabu shabu was very tasty but a little too expensive.
The swimming pool was very nice with a kiddie pool and a large pool. But when I was there, the jacuzzi was freezing. Overall this hotel is not the worst or not the best. It is pretty high quality.

Breakfast is abundant but few choices for bakery lover.
Personal is very kind and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty decent 4+/5 star hotel in Kao Hsiung, the amenities are pretty high standard. The service was pretty top notch, one example was the availability of different types of pillows for guests.
Rooms service was fast and efficient as well. The breakfast was one of the best we've had so far in hotels, a wide variety of Chinese and Continental cuisine.
The location is pretty central and close to the Love River which is a cool and interesting place to go to.
There was a big event going on when we arrived, so our room was upgraded for free. Drawbacks: the gym wasn't very well equipped with limited options. The pool was closed but that was due to a water shortage, not hotel mismanagement. All in all a good choice and probably worth staying in.

Room was spacious with 2 king size beds.
Complimentary breakfast is also good comparing to Marriott hotels in Taiwan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice rooms, but I could hear my upstairs neighbours’ footsteps, and my nextdoor neighbours talking. Breakfast was great quality but selection didn’t match (no lean protein options). Gym is poor. Macarons from the pastry shop are excellent. Shower head was installed poorly so it couldn’t point the right direction. Location is not really close to anything of interest, including subway stations, but has a Family Mart and a PX Mart just across the road. Service is great. Building is not as grand as the Taipei location, but more modern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent two weeks there and I had a wonderful time. The hotel staff is very sweet and they do an amazing job. Rooms are nice but the carpet needs to be removed. The pool is great and the gym has what it takes to work out but it should be renovated. Overall it was a great experience
