Breakfast is very delicious. Parking space is huge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like old hotel. Crew have poor english level but if you explain them slowly it works. Rooms are cosy and quiet. Food in hotel is good for Asians but if yout want in western restaurant you can be dissapointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel - would stop again. Really nice job with refurbishment, friendly staff, westerner friendly menu, nice location. Deducted 1 star due to minor issues - I.e. bath but no bath soap. Minor construction snags, night lighting that won’t switch off, scales with dead batteries.
Generally nothing that would ever put me off staying again - lovely hotel overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was nice. Good value for money. Unfortunately Covid restrictions meant we couldn't use the pool. When I tried to book an appointment to use the gym, I couldn't as it was full. Breakfast eggs Benedict was pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 2 nights at the updated room on 11th floor during Jan 18-20. It is modern, clean and very cozy. Breakfast is good. The spa is great. This hotel has very good housekeeping that is really impressive! I lost an earring and the housekeeping in charge found it on the carpet in my room. So much appreciated. I will definitely come back when I visit Taichung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed a number of nights (> 10) at this hotel in the past year. The newly renovated “Superior Room” is pretty good. The latest renovated breakfast restaurant (2021) is also superb. With these two renovated facilities, and their exceptional services, this hotel can now truly be a 5-star hotel to compete with international chains.
The car park is huge (relative to all other hotels in Taiwan), parking is not something to worry about. However, it is worth mentioning that the hotel car park is open air, not underground. Car parking is free during your stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am almost 2 weeks here and I can tell that the hotel is great. People working at reception are very kind and helpful. People working in restaurant prepair very tasty food. Big nice room, gym, sauna, jacuzzi. I strongly recommend this hotel.
