★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以後不會再買HP電腦了,保固內只是換個電池，等了一個禮拜還沒消息，扯阿！還好有備用電腦！不然是要商務人士怎辦公！唉。
I won't buy HP computers anymore. The warranty is just to change the battery. I waited for a week and there is no news. Fortunately there is a spare computer! Otherwise, how to work for business people! Ugh.

對方說我的型號要查一查一段時間，

新機買來一年內可以免費假裝記憶體（買好自備帶過去），但這邊沒有提供包膜服務噢
HP’s official repair shop only repairs computers and does not accept other services~
You can pretend memory for free within one year after the new machine is bought (buy it and bring it with you), but there is no coating service provided here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是近期傍晚6點左右去的，除了順便加裝記憶體外，也想詢問關於hp筆電處理器型號差別與筆電的關聯性，工程師明明就是一副愛理不理的樣子啊！
根本不是從事服務業該有的態度！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 筆電買回超過一週才發現usb跟音源孔都異常，請店家送回維修得到答覆是：usb有腳位歪掉，音源孔是壞在電腦很裡面的位置,連維修人員都無法解釋,最後竟都認定為人為因素!!!都 不保固 !!!!!
It took more than a week to buy the laptop and found that both the usb and the audio port were abnormal. Please send it back to the store for repair. The answer is: the usb has a crooked pin, and the audio port is broken inside the computer. Even the maintenance personnel can't explain it. They are all identified as human factors!!! No warranty!!!!!!
