The point is the testing standard or they have the final say Maybe it's a long way to go and the result can't be changed All I can say is really don't buy their printers and take advantage of them The customer service has no intention to solve the problem of poor quality and expensive consumables Just change another one, the quality is not so bad, the ink is much cheaper The money for this ink can be used for several new printers. bad enough
張	張榮欣 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HP维修中心應該是我2010年買這台筆記型電腦電腦到今年的第二次報到，第一次在建國二路近民族路口；第二次就是現在的位址，基本上可以知曉本人使用的這台筆電的品質是相當有水準的，因為，我今天去也不是電腦壞了，而是電池已經老化，故特別跑去維修中心詢問可有該型制的電池可供更換？該維修中心工程師服務態度很好，所問的問題，他也非常有耐心、專業的回應，雖然沒有該型制的電池可換(太老舊了??)，但該維修中心的服務品質，本人仍然給他們滿分的肯定。?????????????????????
