The medicines you asked for delivery on March 31st will only arrive on April 10th. The medicines you sent on April 4th haven't arrived yet. Are you delivered to outer space? Are the drivers in Banqiao District too mixed? ? No one handles the customer service call. Are you responsible for the patient's drug consumption? Are you in compliance with the GDP regulations? Are all drivers riding bicycles to deliver medicine?

總公司完全管不了桃園站所，查一票貨從新竹發貨站開始問，也親自打去桃園站所問，跟總公司反應，跟林口客服反應，完全問不到下落。
折騰了3個小時才落幕~~最終還是客戶自己去桃園站取貨送到醫院。
枉為醫藥界龍頭.....總公司該好好正視缺工問題並整頓一番了.....
這樣下去客戶會一家家流失的~~
A ridiculous company!!
The head office has no control over the Taoyuan station at all. When checking a shipment, it started from the Hsinchu shipping station, and also personally called the Taoyuan station to ask, and responded to the head office and Linkou customer service.
It took 3 hours of tossing to end~~ In the end, the customer went to Taoyuan Station to pick up the goods and send them to the hospital.
In vain to be a leader in the pharmaceutical industry... The head office should face up to the problem of lack of labor and rectify it...
If this goes on, customers will be lost from family to family~~
