你們對於你們的錯負了甚麼責任? "零",有甚麼損失? 也是"零"。調整合約不就只是繼續收費而已,也沒減價,半年後漲價七成,沒虧還賺到。
至關重要的事情並沒有在簽約前告知,以致我方每個月衍生幾千元的費用,你可有負擔?因為你的漲價迫使我們遷離所衍生的各種費用和事情,你可有負擔?通通都沒有,我句句事實,毫無誇大。
我是客人,但我毫無架子,從頭到尾都很客氣,你們的失誤我沒發脾氣,凡事都用拜託幫忙的態度,但換到的就是不願負任何責任的回應而已
