The ATM was so bad that I paid a card fee and was eaten away. As a result, I had to go to the counter to ask for the number. I waited almost an hour for the next number. There are 3 counters, one VIP exclusive and one suspended service, only one service is left. The store is so big, there is only one counter that is useful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我要説的是不是針對分行而是總行客服人員少部分講話有氣無力缺少熱忱是外商銀行高傲的關係嗎？跟本土銀行不能比另外綱銀部份更爛。
What I want to say is not for the branch, but for a small number of customer service staff at the head office. Is it the arrogant relationship of foreign banks that they are weak and lack enthusiasm? With local banks can not be worse than the other parts of the silver.
