我覺得他的態度很明確,就是不想多回答,問什麼就最簡短的回答,然後遇到問題又得回來,他明明就都知道。
I think his attitude is very clear. He just doesn't want to answer too much. Just give the shortest answer to what he asks. Then he has to come back when he encounters a problem. He knows it all.

我真的超級不建議跟匯豐銀行有業務往來的。標準以為自己只服務有錢人的銀行。規則不說清楚、小姐一副笑笑的不想聽你講話,因為我的存款不夠多?還笑笑的說喔~你這個已經是一般來帳戶了。我覺得是你們教育訓練不夠吧!每次說話都不一樣。而且如果3點後不能辦理相關把錢轉出去然後把帳戶取消的話,為什麼一開始規則不講清楚,我不是不講理,但我聽到的藉口太爛,竟然是因為早上電話很多,所以⋯哈哈。電話很多就可以對客戶亂講話嗎?我知道這樣的留言你們根本不會有任何改進,但沒關係,你們就繼續這樣下去好了,目前我遇過的銀行裡面最差勁的客戶體驗,超差服務。

連個表格都印不出來 帳戶太久沒用,去貴行開通,行員說接下來進線上客服就可以處理 隔天打給客服,要我再跑一趟分行 當客戶時間太多嗎?
