不知道要線上預約開戶所以跑到現場,明明沒有顧客還是拒絕協助開戶。之後在家申請線上開戶完成所有程序繳交應需要的資料,也收到銀行完成線上開戶的信件通知,但卻等了兩個禮拜還是沒有等到銀行通知,親自再跑一趟銀行,說他們業務繁忙,所以要等比較久;從來沒有遇過一間銀行開戶要等2個多禮拜,請問排在我前面開戶的人到底是幾千幾萬人?需要一個開戶流程2個禮拜還無法完成? 櫃檯小姐口氣態度不友善也無同理心,先是問我是不是跑錯銀行,兆豐銀行?聽到直接火氣上來,白跑兩趟被質疑還什麼都無法完成,只告知他們什麼都不知道,也看不到進度,太多人要開戶而導致流程需要多個工作天會再電話通知又再度把我打發離開。外商公司需要匯薪水,卻因為他們自己的怠慢沒效率延後他人的時間,無法諒解這樣的工作行為,可能開戶沒有辦理信用卡無法增加他們業績,所以把別人的事情擺在最後頭,只能說從沒看過這麼差勁的銀行開戶。 啊對了,說要馬上電話通知我後續處理問題,仍然快到了銀行關門時間也沒有撥來,打去也因為業務繁忙直接被切斷電話,也是,三點半一到,這時間他們就無敵了,所有事情與他們無關,就算給你承諾做不到也不關他們的事。
