來你們分行申請,說要取得電話理財密碼,現場沒有辦法處理?我在三確認,給我的答案就是要等電話理財密碼~
等了5天(不含假日)終於收到郵件~立馬打去客服~客服說因為沒有設定什麼密碼,要我在去分行申請??或是寄加密小精靈給我?我再三確認,他跟我說不知道為何分行會叫我這樣處理,這個一定要分行處理或是要有加密小精靈~~~
請問我們平民老百姓時間很多是不是啊~
真的大大大大大公司,可能只能好好服務貴貴貴貴貴賓吧~
只能說這真的是很不人性化的銀行,偏偏公司配合的又是這裡~難怪同事每次收到薪水就轉到其它銀行做使用~

This must be handled by the branch or there must be an encryption wizard~~~
May I ask if we common people have a lot of time~
It’s really a big company, maybe it can only serve the expensive VIPs well~
It can only be said that this is really a very inhumane bank, but it is here that the company cooperates. It is no wonder that my colleagues transfer to other banks to use them every time they receive their salary.

不過就存錢到先生的帳戶
也要被當成洗錢的對象調查半天
為什麼領現金?為什麼不匯款?
還要問錢從哪裡來?真是夠了
問半天搞很久就算了
還得出示身份證給影印
之前來給人的態度就不是這樣
帶現金去別的銀行存錢
也沒有這樣的遭遇
真是超奇葩的體驗
是嫌銀行客戶太多嗎?
