★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw a piece made by this company at a friend's home in Philadelphia a couple of years ago and loved it for its beauty and innovation. I decided to pay them a visit while I was in Taipei this time. I tried to call them two weeks ago but their phone kept ringing with no answer. I figured they must have taken a five-day vacation like the rest of the country. I was out of town last week. I tried to call them at 9:00 this morning and was put on hold for a few minutes before they hung up on me. I tried calling again and the exact same thing happened. I decided to take a chance to go anyway. (Mind you they are in the boonies.) It took me a forty-minute metro ride and a thirty-minute hike (the last quarter mile being a steep incline) to get there. I rang the doorbell and was asked what I wanted. When I told her I would like to visit I was told I had to make an appointment to do so. I told her I tried calling multiple times but I was hung up each time and begged to let me in to no avail. They may have the best product in the world (and they are sure proud of it) I now don't give it a hoot.
