I had a question on Naturalization The lady who answered the phone wanted me to call the office in the region I lived in, she said the rules are different for different regions. I don't understand why the Nationality Law in Taiwan would be different whether we lived in Hsinchu County or Hsinchu City or Taipei for that matter. Taiwan does not need this kind of service. Could concerned authorities please ensure proper telephone etiquette training for people who are supposed to assist the general public. Very upset and disappointed. I don't think I want to stay in Taiwan anymore. I hope this made her day
