服務台先生態度很好,但是服務台只有兩人,要接聽電話還要提供民眾前端服務,而後端號碼櫃台卻有10人以上,這麼大的懸殊工作量落差,難怪服務台前面站著一串排隊的民眾,而號碼櫃台的人則可以悠閒的聊天。 此外,“收件”櫃台的黃O惠小姐態度很差,用吼的說“你沒簽名也沒蓋章啊!”,而章還沒蓋完就硬拉走文件導致又要重蓋。中間被我抓到兩次文件審查錯誤也沒道歉-->1、郵票可能貼錯信封,請她確認卻回答“你自己寫100元回郵的!”,再請她撕掉錯誤郵票,卻驅離我去服務台自己撕(為何不能在櫃台撕?)。2、發現她要郵寄之文件未同步修正收件單位,等我修改後,她瞬間抓了所有資料離開現場,用憤怒的步伐走向服務台先生興師問罪(責怪他前端作業核查不嚴謹),重點是,未告知我是否已完成程序是否可離開,留下錯愕的我慢慢等她罵完別人。 其實在發現第1個錯誤時,我已經發火跟服務台說要申訴,她的口吻立刻180度轉變,然而不耐煩的態度依舊,沒有用心檢查文件的錯誤也還是發生了。櫃台是接在服務台的複核關卡,再次檢查本來就應該是她的責任,如今卻去指責前線單位,還被我抓到2個錯誤,那麼到底誰最需要反省呢。

效率差,新竹縣初審到設定完成只要3天,新竹市的送了5天去了,還不知道哪時會好,地政人員中午休息1小時,見紅就休,工作時可以效率好一點嗎?

1.地政事務所可以不用管關係人是誰 就可以請民眾代為通知? 2.我沒收到通知信,還是鄰居告知我,問了還說不用送達是寄平信,都是其他人的錯,我們是透天厝不是大樓,有管委會? google地圖看不出來嗎? 3.這種不清不楚的做事態度,真讓人不敢恭維,反正有事就是上法院,法官說了算,那要你們幹嘛,一點公信力都沒有的單位,實在是可惡!!!

來說一下我遇到什麼事情好了。我第一次到戶政事務所辦理土地相關事務,前台檢查了我所有文件資料都帶齊了之後,指引我到另一個行政櫃檯去辦理,到了櫃檯,看到窗口前貼了一堆的字條,還有兩三個紙盒,整個窗口很亂,我拿著滿手文件資料,還沒意會過來現在要幹嘛,櫃檯人員不發一語沈默的直勾勾看著我,我問他現在先拿什麼,他用教訓的語氣,說:「你自己不會看嗎?我已經貼了那麼多紙條了,你還看不懂嗎?所以我是要再多貼幾張紙條,你才看得懂嗎?你要我貼幾張紙條你才看得懂?」嗯很好,所以我眼前雖然是個活生生的人,我還是要把這個櫃檯當作是自動櫃員機,要自己摸索輸入指令就是了。文件都要投入小紙盒中,退還文件也是。櫃檯裡的人是不接受直接收退文件的。這就是偉大的地政事務所行政人員。
